The Position

Reporting to the Operations Manager, we are currently seeking an experienced concrete grinding operator with a demonstrated experience in the preparation, finishing and application of polished concrete, honed concrete, epoxy coatings and polymer coatings.

Qualifications with Husqvarna Hiperfloor and Ashford Formula, as well as a QBCC license, are preferred but not critical.

The person who fulfils this role must be confident in their ability to deliver large commercial projects working autonomously and as a part of our Operations team

We are looking for applicants who have a hard work ethic in a physically demanding role, a willingness to learn but also the ability to use initiative and to positively influence a team.

Applicants must be open and willing to work weekends, out of hours and travel when and if required, on a project-by-project basis. A valid drivers license is required. Truck license would be considered as a bonus.

A demonstrated experience in the preparation, finishing and application of polished concrete, honed concrete, epoxy coatings and polymer coatings is essential.

Qualifications with Husqvarna Hiperfloor and Ashford Formula, as well as a QBCC license, are preferred but not critical.

The person who fulfils this role must encompass sound project management skills and be confident in their ability to deliver large projects, from start to finish, whilst leading and managing a small team. However they must also be able to take direction from authority when required.

We are looking for applicants who have a hard work ethic in a physically demanding role, a willingness to learn but also the ability to use initiative and to positively influence a team.
